Web development and stationery design for Drake & Partners

Drake & Partners web design

Comprised of award winning Commercial Property Advisors and Chartered Surveyors, Drake & Partners operates its professional services in both Northampton and Milton Keynes.

After going through a rebrand from Drake Commercial to Drake & Partners at the beginning of this year, the business decided that they would need an updated website that would reflect their new branding.

After approaching Clockwork to take on the exciting task, we designed Drake & Partners a state-of-the-art website which championed the modern-day browsing experience by being optimised for every device.

Commercial property search results

Built on WordPress using Elementor Pro, Drake & Partners now has full autonomy over the content on their website. This combined with their new blog section allows them to upload regular blog posts for their audience to enjoy.

Also, with an advanced property search feature embedded into the build, users can now seamlessly filter through their commercial properties alphabetically, by area, property type, size, whether it is a sale or let property, and from newest to oldest – the listed properties are automatically updated three times a day so users can be sure not to miss out when that perfect commercial property becomes available.

Take a look at the Drake & Partners’ website.

Plus, what better way to complete a rebrand than with matching design assets? Clockwork also designed Drake & Partners business cards, comp slips, letterhead paper, and a template for a marketing brochure that the team can populate themselves before sending out to prospective customers.
